Our Philosophy
We want you to be completely satisfied with DjangoCommand. If the Service doesn't meet your needs, we'll work with you to make it right.
Free Trial
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. During the trial:
- You have full access to all features of your selected plan
- No payment is required to start
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged
- You will receive a reminder email before your trial ends
We encourage you to thoroughly test the Service during your trial to ensure it meets your needs.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Through your account dashboard under "Billing"
- By emailing support@djangocommand.com
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to the Service until that date
- No further charges will be made
- After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
Refund Eligibility
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we offer refunds in the following cases:
- First payment after trial: Full refund if requested within 7 days of your first charge
- Service issues: Pro-rated refund if we experience significant downtime or service issues that materially affect your use
- Billing errors: Full refund for any duplicate or erroneous charges
Yearly Subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions:
- Within 30 days: Full refund if requested within 30 days of your yearly payment
- After 30 days: Pro-rated refund for unused months may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after the refund eligibility period
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Unused execution quotas or features
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@djangocommand.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will respond within 2 business days
Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds will appear on your statement as coming from Paddle.

EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under the Consumer Rights Directive:
- You have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period")
- However, by starting to use the Service during this period, you acknowledge that you may lose this right for any services already rendered
- Digital content: Once you begin downloading or accessing digital content, the right of withdrawal may be limited
These rights are in addition to, not instead of, our refund policy above.
Plan Downgrades
Instead of canceling, you can downgrade to a lower-tier plan:
- Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
- You will retain access to your current plan features until then
- No refund is provided for downgrading mid-cycle
- Data exceeding the new plan's limits may be affected (e.g., log retention)
